Nuria Dixon - Director
Nuria Dixon, born and raised in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY, is an independent filmmaker and storyteller whose U.S. Army service and 2003 Iraq tour inspired her to pursue purpose-driven filmmaking. In 2010, she founded 1 Soul Productions and later earned her MPS in Live Action Short Film from the School of Visual Arts, where she wrote and directed her debut short film, REDEPLOY, mentored by Bob Giraldi, Kathryn Roupp, and Michael Holman. She is currently on the film festival circuit with her first animated short, Ethan Art Venture, a youth-empowerment project now streaming on Amazon Prime, OTT Studios, KweliTV, TVEI Network, and ShortsTV. In 2024, Nuria participated in Station Afrique at the Paris Olympics, promoting African American culture and expanding her mission to connect with youth filmmakers across Africa. Through her Ethan Art Venture – Create the Narrative workshops, she helps young people build confidence, mindfulness, and creative self-expression, using storytelling as a tool for healing, transformation, and positive change.
Producer - Pamela Moriarty
Pamela Moriarty is a Bangkok-born film producer and director based in New York City, working internationally. With a background in fine art, visual design, photography, and film, she brings strong visual sensibility and hands-on production leadership across narrative film, television, and art-driven media. She has worked on 80+ productions in roles including producer, line producer, assistant director, videographer, and director, and is known for balancing creative vision with logistics and budget. Her feature directorial debut, A Deadly Legend (2020), starred Corbin Bernsen, Judd Hirsch, and Dwayne A. Thomas, and her thesis film Doted received recognition from the Brooklyn Underground Film Festival. Based in Brooklyn, Pamela is available for hire and collaboration worldwide.
